4raBet Deposit Missing

I deposited an amount of 5,000 INR to my 4ra Bet account on 7 April via Union Bank of India, but more than 25 days have passed and the amount has still not been credited. When I contacted 4ra Bet support, they told me that the service provider has not confirmed the transaction, so they are not crediting the money. I have all the transaction details such as the reference and ID numbers and I can provide them when requested, yet my issue remains unresolved. I find it very concerning that such a long time has passed without my deposit being credited or refunded. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that my 5,000 INR either be immediately credited to my 4ra Bet account or refunded back to my Union Bank of India account without any further delay.
