On 08.02.2025, I purchased the Samsung S25 Ultra through Samsung’s online store as a pre-order, and my invoice was issued under the number SSE2025000002504. I paid ₺83,499 by credit card. A few weeks after I started using the device, a burn-like mark appeared on the line next to the SIM card slot. I reported this to online customer service and was directed to the authorized service center. I shared photos with the service via WhatsApp in May, but I was only able to physically take the phone to the service center in August. When I took the phone in, I was asked to leave it and return the next day. When I returned, I discovered—without being informed beforehand—that the frame and battery had been replaced, and the device was handed back to me in that condition. Since the phone had been opened, I noticed a sound coming from the camera, and when I reported this to the service, I was told it was normal. However, when I compared it side by side with a brand-new device at the Samsung store, even the store staff confirmed the difference. I contacted online customer service again and was asked to resubmit the phone for service. Meanwhile, I noticed that the same burn-like mark had reappeared in the exact same spot on the replaced frame. On 20.10.2025, due to the sound coming from the camera, the fingerprint reader only working after repeated attempts, and the same defect appearing again, I requested a product replacement. On 23.10.2025, I received a call informing me that only a paid frame replacement could be offered. I believe rejecting my replacement request for a device that is still under warranty and has already undergone free repair but continues to show the same faults is a violation of warranty terms. Additionally, the service personnel dismissing the camera noise as a “placebo effect” shows that my concerns were not taken seriously from a technical standpoint and that I was treated unfairly as a customer. I absolutely do not accept another repair and urgently request a full replacement of my S25 Ultra device.
