Royal Match Rewards Keep Shrinking Despite In-App Purchases
I have been playing Royal Match on my Android phone for a long time, and after more than a year of increasingly negative experiences, I finally felt the need to share my concerns. A game that is supposed to be fun and relaxing has instead become frustrating and emotionally exhausting.
Over time, I have noticed a significant reduction in chest rewards, collectible cards, boosters, and other in-game prizes. At the same time, the levels seem to have become much more difficult, making it feel as though players are expected to fail repeatedly unless they spend money. I have spent approximately $44 on the game, yet my overall progress and the rewards I receive have not improved. Instead, it feels like the game's design continually pushes players toward making additional purchases rather than rewarding skill and consistent play. The balance between difficulty and rewards no longer feels fair.
I have reported these concerns through the in-game support system many times, but the responses I receive appear to be generic, automated messages that never directly address my complaints or offer a meaningful solution. After repeatedly reaching out without any real acknowledgment, I have begun to feel that player feedback is simply being ignored.
I would like the developers to carefully review the game's reward system and difficulty balance to ensure they are fair and transparent for all players. I also ask that practices that appear to encourage excessive spending be re-evaluated and that customer support provide personalized, informative responses instead of automated replies. Finally, I hope my experience and concerns will be taken seriously and that I will receive a meaningful response regarding the issues I have raised.
