Royal Match Lightning Rush Event Missing Unlimited Lives Reward

I am a Royal Match player and I am repeatedly experiencing a problem with the Lightning Rush event. When Lightning Rush starts, I do not receive the unlimited lives as promised, so I lose the chance to play properly during the event. The last time this happened was just now, and overall it has occurred more than six times. Each time, the event appears, but the unlimited lives do not activate on my account, which prevents me from using the time-limited advantage and progressing in the game as intended. My in‑game username is “King E”. I request that the missing unlimited lives be restored for the times I could not use them and that this technical issue be permanently fixed so that future Lightning Rush events correctly grant unlimited lives on my account.
