Royal Match Connection Error Prevents Me From Joining a Team

I have had my Royal Match account for approximately two years, but ever since I created it, I have been unable to join a team because I constantly receive a connection error whenever I try. As a result, I have never been able to become part of any team, and this ongoing issue has significantly limited my overall game experience.

I have reported this problem through the in-game support system multiple times in English, but I have never received a response. I have not been given any explanation about what is causing the error, nor have I seen any effort to investigate or resolve the issue. After dealing with the same problem for two years without any communication from customer support, I am extremely disappointed.

I respectfully request that my account be thoroughly investigated and that the connection error preventing me from joining a team be fixed as soon as possible. I would also appreciate receiving customer support in Turkish throughout the process. Most importantly, I hope this long-standing issue will finally be addressed with a permanent solution so I can enjoy all of the game's features.
