Royal Match Support Not Responding to Ban Appeal

In Royal Match, I was serving as a team leader on my account with the username “Ali.” On January 14, 2026, my account was banned for “inappropriate language,” and since that date, I have been unable to log into the game.
I do not believe that I used any profanity, insults, or language that crossed the line. Despite this, my account was closed under the reason of “inappropriate language.” I contacted support through the in-game help/support section, but I have not received any response so far.
Although no purchases were made on this account, it belongs entirely to me and is an account I invested significant time and effort into, including serving as a team leader. For this reason, I request that my account be reviewed, that the chat logs be carefully examined, and that my account be reinstated if the ban was applied unfairly.
