Royal Match Bug Prevents New Territory From Unlocking

I play Royal Match on my iPhone, and for the last three days, I have been unable to open a new territory in the game. The game does not allow the new area to unlock, although enough progress has been made, and this issue has been continuing constantly for three days. I have not yet contacted Royal Match support or Apple support about this situation. I am requesting that you identify and fix this error when opening the new territory in my account so that I can continue playing the game normally.
