Royal Match Account Suspension Recovery Demand
I have been unable to play Royal Match on my iPhone device for the past six days. My username in the game is “Delinin biri”, and my account was banned without any explanation—only a brief notice stating “violation” appeared. Before the ban, I had been experiencing some connection issues in the game.
My account has no payments or in-app purchases, and I was playing from Siverek, Şanlıurfa. I received no information about the reason for the ban or its duration, and I have not yet contacted Royal Match customer support.
I believe this ban was unfairly issued, and I am requesting that my account be reviewed and reactivated. I expect an explanation and a prompt resolution regarding this matter.
