I Cannot Cancel My Romanceast Subscription or Disable Auto-Renewal

I am a new user of Romanceast on my Windows 11 computer and have been using the service for only one day. Today I tried to turn off the auto-renewal of my subscription, but I could not manage to do it and I am not sure how the system handles this setting. I do not know the exact name of the plan I am on, but I do not want the subscription to continue and I do not want to be charged in the future. I am asking Romanceast to cancel my current subscription and ensure that auto-renewal is completely turned off on my account. I kindly request that my subscription be cancelled as soon as possible and that I receive written confirmation that no further automatic payments will be taken from me.
