Rockstar Games GTA 5 Character Transfer Problem

I downloaded the enhanced version of GTA 5 the other day. However, I couldn't transfer my character from Legacy Online Mode to Enhanced. When I clicked the in-game option, nothing happened. I contacted support several times. First, they told me my account had been deleted, which is ridiculous, and then they claimed my account wasn't suitable for the transfer. They haven't helped me in any way. I just want to transfer my account to the Enhanced version, but it's not working. I'd appreciate it if someone could help.
