I purchased the Roborock S7MaxV Vacuum Robot from Media Markt, and since using the product, it has been sent for technical service three times due to similar issues. Despite my requests for a product replacement, my demands have not been met, and I have been redirected to Genpa technical service. Neither Media Markt nor Genpa is fulfilling their responsibilities.

I trusted Media Markt and the Roborock brand when buying this product, but both have failed to live up to their names. While everything was smooth at the point of sale, they are not showing the necessary care in standing behind the product. Genpa, the authorized service provider, is only making partial repairs instead of replacing the device, leaving the issues unresolved. If Genpa cannot adequately address or resolve these problems, they should reconsider their role in this process.

This lack of proper support is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed with the service received.

Customer service from Media Markt contacted me and informed me that they would be replacing the product according to the instructions provided by Genpa, a third party that offers technical support, rather than their own.
