Roborock Q Revo S Velcro Failure After 40 Days—Warranty Denied and Replacement Fee Charged

I bought the Roborock Q Revo S model 40 days ago, but the Velcro tape that was attached to the device to keep the mop in place has entirely detached from the main device. In other words, the Velcro, which is supposed to hold the mop and attachment together, has entirely lost its function and has disconnected from the attachment. This cannot be attributed to human error, and the Velcro's loss of quality in such a short period of time obviously indicates a manufacturing problem. Despite this, the service called me today and requested 830 TL in replacement fees. Charging me for the poor quality of a product caused by a manufacturing defect is entirely illegal. I intend to exercise all of my legal rights in this situation. Don't make the same mistake I did: don't purchase Roborock items! Because, regardless of the issue, your product's so-called "warranty" does not cover anything. Please let me know if you require any further tweaks!
