Roborock F25 Ultra Water Tank Cracking After 6 Months: Warranty Claim Denied
I purchased a Roborock F25 Ultra model vacuum cleaner, and only six months after purchase the clean water tank began to crack and fall apart on its own. I have always used the device very carefully and under normal household conditions, so a tank disintegrating like this is unacceptable and completely contradicts the brand’s quality claims. Yesterday the device became completely unusable, so I called the service center. I was told that the clean water tank and its head are not covered by the warranty and are considered user error. When I then asked to purchase the same part as a paid replacement, I was told that the part could not be supplied. In other words, they refuse responsibility under warranty and at the same time do not offer a paid solution, which deliberately leaves the customer without any remedy. While this product is still actively being sold and there are already many similar complaints about the same part, Roborock’s attitude of ignoring this clear, recurring defect is a serious sign of irresponsibility. The fact that the same problem has been reported repeatedly without any corrective action shows how far the brand is from customer satisfaction and from standing behind its products. I absolutely reject the attempt to label a clean water tank that falls apart on its own in such a short time as “user error”. Due to the obvious design/manufacturing defect in the product, I request that the clean water tank and the related parts be replaced unconditionally, under warranty and free of charge. Otherwise, because of this defective product and the resulting consumer grievance, I will exercise all my legal rights to the fullest extent. I also strongly advise anyone considering purchasing the Roborock F25 Ultra to think twice, and to take into account this chronic part problem and the brand’s unwillingness to own and resolve the issue before making a decision.
