My Roborock S8 Pro Shows System Errors Every Day Since Delivery

On May 14, I purchased a Roborock S8 Pro robot vacuum through N11 under order number 206312255337. Since the day the product was delivered, it has been experiencing frequent malfunctions and has been nearly impossible to use reliably.

Almost every day, and often multiple times a day, the device displays a warning message stating, “Robot error, reset the system.” As a result, I am constantly forced to restart the device and cannot use it as intended. Considering that the vacuum is only about 20 days old, I believe this product should be classified as defective.

When I reported the issue, N11 directed me to the authorized service center. However, I have been unable to reach the service center properly by phone or through other communication channels. Despite my attempts to contact them and my written correspondence regarding the issue, I have not received any meaningful assistance or a satisfactory solution.

Unfortunately, neither the seller nor the service provider has provided an effective resolution. I purchased this product expecting a premium cleaning experience, but instead I have been dealing with constant errors since the very first day of ownership.

Because the device has exhibited these problems from the beginning and has never functioned properly, I request a free one-for-one replacement of my Roborock S8 Pro robot vacuum with a brand-new unit. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and fairly, given the product's repeated failures and the lack of adequate support provided so far.
