Roborock S8 Sonic Robot Vacuum Cleaner Power Button Not Active

I purchased Roborock S8 Sonic robot vacuum cleaner from n11.com, seller Doğuş Planet, i.e. N11 store, with order number 208298656315. The power button of the product I purchased is not active at all. Not working. Even though the consumer is genuine, they do not change. They say that if there is approval to go to the service, we will get a refund. They set their own rules and try to implement them, thus victimizing the customers. What I will say is; Definitely do not buy Roborock S8 vacuum cleaner from n.11.com! Don't even buy any electronic products I bought the product, they sent me a defective product. The device does not work, the lights do not come on, the customer is responsible for returns and exchanges. I have been talking to the representative for 5 days, there is no positive or negative response, the only answer I got is that the box was opened and the product is out of warranty. Since it is not possible to tell whether the box is damaged or not without opening it, isn't this fraud? I will complain wherever necessary. Both the site and the seller are N11.com.
