Slapped with a Ban in Slap ROBLOX  Battles

I'm writing to appeal a 10-day ban I recently received. Apparently, I was flagged for using a bug, but that's totally not the case! I'm a regular player in Slap Battles, logging in every day and enjoying the competition. This is the first time I've ever encountered any issues, and trust me, there seem to be a few bugs floating around! The problem is, I didn't intentionally exploit any bug to gain an advantage. I just want to play fair and have some fun slapping folks (virtually, of course!).Would it be possible to review my case and see if this might be a false positive triggered by a bug in the system? I'd really appreciate it if you could take a closer look.
