Roblox Gift Card Not Delivered After Payment on Sanal Epin
On December 27, 2025, at 11:57:37 PM, I purchased one Roblox $25 product through Sanal Epin (www.epin.com) and paid $23. I made the payment via bank transfer/EFT to a Ziraat Bank IBAN account.
After completing the payment, no order number or transaction code was displayed, and my order status in the system has continued to appear as “Under Review.” Even though nearly one full day has passed, the $25 Roblox code has not been delivered to me, and I have received no notification or explanation.
On December 28, 2025, around 3:54 PM, I wrote to live support multiple times, but I did not receive any response. I also tried to contact them by email, but I received no reply there either. At this point, I am completely inconvenienced.
I am not making any threats—I am simply requesting the product that corresponds to the payment I made. I ask that Sanal Epin immediately deliver the $25 Roblox code related to my transaction made on December 27, 2025, at 11:57:37 PM, or send it to me as soon as possible to avoid further loss of trust.
