I've been unable to access Roblox since this morning. When I tried to log in, I noticed the homepage was glitching, so I attempted to log out and back in, but it didn't resolve the issue. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. However, upon trying to log in again, it's now asking for a security password or backup code.

I've invested a significant amount of money and time into this game, and I'm worried about losing access to my account because of a single code. I don't want to lose all my progress and purchases due to this security measure.
