Riot Games Fails to Grant Glorious Draven Reward After Ranked Season Completion

I play League of Legends on the TR server with the account RATERDED#RAT. Even though I finished Ranked Season 25 in Gold rank and reached Honor Level 5, the Glorious Draven end-of-season reward was not granted to my account.

When I checked my rewards today, I noticed that the Glorious Draven skin was missing from my account. Despite meeting all the required conditions, not receiving the reward is both disappointing and makes me feel that my effort was not properly recognized.

I request that my Glorious Draven reward—which I did not receive despite fully meeting the Ranked Season 25 requirements—be reviewed and added to my account as soon as possible, and that any related error or missing condition on my account be corrected.
