If Revolut keeps your verification “under review” for weeks, it’s often due to high volume or issues with the documents you submitted, and standard processing can take up to about 7 business days before completion.
To speed things up, first make sure your uploaded ID and selfie are crystal clear, all details match exactly, and the file meets Revolut’s requirements; blurry, cropped or unsupported documents are a common cause of delays.
If everything looks correct and time has passed, reopen the in-app help chat and ask for an escalation or clarification on what additional info they need — mentioning the exact document type and issue often helps prompt a manual review.
