Regal Failed to Properly Repair My TV and Refused Service After Warranty Expired

I took the Regal brand television that I bought about 2 years ago to service on 01.08.2024 because the television light was on but it did not turn on. They repaired it under warranty and returned it, but I encountered the same problem again within 1 month. Despite being repaired for the same issue before, the television failed again, showing poor service quality. The service said that the warranty period had expired and they could not provide guaranteed service. The television, which was repaired with the same problem, has been faulty for 3 months. I use many Regal brand products. This may be the last one. I will use whatever my legal rights are.
