Quotex Suspended Account After $1025 Withdrawal Request

I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the sudden and unjustified suspension of my Quotex affiliate account associated with the email address manahil.es***@gmail.com, which has been active since 2023. Until recently, I had driven over 100,000 USD in total user deposits to Quotex through my referral links. Yesterday, after I initiated a withdrawal of 1,025 USD, my affiliate account was abruptly suspended with no prior notice, warning, or explanation. As a result, my remaining balance of 8,021 USD, which I earned over time as an affiliate, is now locked inside the platform and inaccessible to me. Throughout my cooperation with Quotex, I have promoted the platform through standard affiliate and promotional practices and have not knowingly violated any terms. Deactivating an established affiliate account with a high lifetime value and withholding a substantial balance, without stating a clear and specific breach of the affiliate agreement, is unacceptable and creates serious financial and reputational damage. I also have extensive documentation of my activity with Quotex, including screenshots of my affiliate panel, balances, order IDs and transaction history, as well as Binance transaction records showing previous successful transfers from Quotex to my Binance account. All of these clearly demonstrate my regular affiliate activity, the deposits generated, and the funds legitimately accrued on the platform, and I am ready to provide additional transaction records or evidence from Quotex upon request. I therefore request the following actions from Quotex without delay: a detailed, transparent explanation of the exact clause or clauses in the affiliate agreement that you claim I have violated; the immediate reinstatement of my affiliate dashboard access; and, most importantly, the prompt processing and payment of my full outstanding balance, including the pending 1,025 USD withdrawal and the remaining 8,021 USD that I wish to withdraw in full. If this situation is not reviewed and resolved within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter by reporting Quotex’s business practices to the relevant authorities, international financial regulatory and oversight channels where possible, affiliate watchdog communities, and public review platforms in order to protect other affiliates and potential partners. I expect a prompt written response and a swift, fair resolution to this matter, including full payment of all amounts owed to me.
