Complaint About Contaminated Purina Cat Food – Refund Request
On November 7, 2025, I purchased Purina One Sterilized Cat Food from a Happy Center store. When I opened the package, I discovered that it contained worms and insects. Because of this, I did not feed it to my cat and did not use the product at all. I still have the purchase receipt.
This situation is extremely concerning in terms of hygiene and safety, and it has caused me serious discomfort. I am requesting both a formal apology and a full refund from Purina and the Happy Center store for this issue.
