Foreign Object Found in Purina Gourmet Gold Cat Food
On August 24, 2025, I purchased a pack of Purina Gourmet Gold Cat Food through Getir. When I opened one of the cans, I discovered an unidentified foreign object inside. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered such an issue. The product’s expiration date is listed as May 7, 2027. I bought a 6 × 85g pack for approximately $10, and I still have the screenshot of my order confirmation.
So far, I haven’t contacted Purina or Getir customer service about the matter. I am requesting an explanation as well as a product replacement. I would like to be informed as soon as possible and expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
