PUBG Mobile Account Voice Ban – Requesting Immediate Review and Unban
I received a voice ban on my PUBG Mobile account (Pubgmobile.com) while talking with my team during gameplay. My microphone was suddenly disabled, and I was informed that I had been banned. I don’t understand the reason behind this action.
As far as I know, voice bans are typically temporary, but my account appears to be permanently banned without explanation. I have already reached out to PUBG customer service but have not received a response.
I request an immediate review of this ban and an explanation of the issue. Please lift the ban as soon as possible, as I believe this was a mistake. I expect PUBG to address this matter promptly.
