PUBG Mobile X-Suit Crate Drop Rates Frustrate Players After High UC Spend

I play on the PUBG Mobile Turkey server, and I am deeply frustrated by my experience with the recent X-suit crates. I spent about 4,500 UC on the newly released X-suit crate this month, but despite opening crates repeatedly, I received no worthwhile rewards. Similarly, I have tried my luck multiple times with previous X-suit and similar crates, getting almost no satisfying results.

As a player base, we spend substantial money on crates, yet the rewards we get back are extremely disappointing compared to what we spend. The game feels harder every day, and crate drop rates seem designed to drive players away. This issue doesn't just affect me—it's frustrating millions of players and ruining our enjoyment of the game.

I want PUBG Mobile management to rebalance crate drop rates to be more player-friendly. My goal isn't to get a UC refund, but to see the game adopt a fairer and more balanced system so the community stops being taken advantage of. Making crates reasonably more accessible will satisfy players and build long-term trust and loyalty. I demand that the necessary adjustments be made and that players' voices are finally heard.
