PUBG - Excessive Costs and Lack of Rewards from Crates

I have been playing this game for 3 years and have invested as much money as I could afford, even using my food money, but this game gives nothing good from the crates. PUBG is a money trap. If they are going to take ₺5,000 from me and only give me a mask or something, I will quit this game. Enough is enough, Valorant also takes a lot of money but at least they give nice things. It is really bad for such an old and legendary game to do this. There is no luck involved in this, the crate you pay for gives you the desired outfit and weapon skin based on its mood. I am broke right now and I demand a refund.
I am frustrated by the lack of valuable rewards from the crates despite the significant amount of money I have spent on this game over the years. The feeling of constantly investing without receiving desired items in return is demoralizing.
PUBG's monetization model seems predatory, as the odds of obtaining good items appear to be manipulated. Comparing it to Valorant, which also has a premium currency system but provides more desirable rewards, makes PUBG's practices seem even more exploitative.
I kindly request that my money be refunded, as I no longer wish to support a game that takes advantage of its loyal players in this manner. I hope PUBG will reconsider its approach to in-game purchases and rewards to provide a more fair and enjoyable experience for all players.
