PUBG Wrongfully Banned My 7-Year Account for 10 Years Despite No Rule Violation
I’ve been using my PUBG account (ID: 5255*340)** for over 7 years, always logging in through my iPad Air 4, using either Facebook or email. I have never logged in from any other device. But over the past week, I kept getting a warning at the bottom of the screen saying, “Your account may be at risk,” and the suspicious login device was listed as Apple 15, which I do not own.
After receiving a 1-day ban, I took it seriously and immediately changed all my passwords. My account was temporarily unlocked, but the very next day, I discovered that it had been banned for 10 years. I’m shocked and frustrated because I’ve never used cheats, never exploited any bugs, and have never used abusive language in-game. My iPad is clean and can be checked for verification.
This feels like a huge injustice, especially after years of time, effort, and money spent on this game. I am pleading for a full review of my account status and a complete removal of the ban. PUBG, please take this seriously—I’m not a cheater, and I’ve followed every rule. Help me recover my account and lift the ban immediately.
