PUBG Mobile Rank Point Glitch Freezes Score at Ace Tier

I have been experiencing a frustrating scoring issue in PUBG Mobile for about two weeks now. On my account, which I have worked hard to level up over a long period, post-match points are no longer reflecting properly. First, the match-end results screen began showing up completely blank, and none of the points earned from matches played during that period were added to my account. Although the blank screen issue resolved a few days later, none of my wins or match points from that period were ever credited to my account.

Currently, I am at the Ace tier in the current season, and my total points remain stuck at 4,300. Since August 12, 2026, my score does not increase after matches, nor does the post-match summary screen display normally. Being unable to receive score credit for the matches I play at this rank, which I reached through hard work, is severely killing my motivation.
