PUBG Mobile High Ping Glitch Triggers In-Game Lag on iPad Pro

For a long time now, I have been experiencing constant high ping issues when logging into PUBG Mobile via my Wi-Fi connection on my 11-inch iPad Pro (M5). In-game ping values usually range between 40 and 80 ms and never drop lower, which severely ruins the gaming experience.

I don't experience any issues with other tasks using the exact same internet connection; my speed and ping test results turn out great. When logging into the game using my nephew's account over the same network, ping values hover around 10 ms. Since a different account gets low ping on the exact same network while my account stays consistently high, I believe the issue stems from PUBG Mobile's servers or account configuration rather than my internet service provider. Because the ping value remains high throughout the match, I experience game latency, sudden hitches, and hit registration delays.

I demand that the PUBG Mobile support team inspect my account and connection, perform the necessary technical checks regarding regional servers, and implement whatever fix is required to lower my ping values. I also request a clear update on the results of their investigation and the actions taken.
