I Face High Ping and Server Issues in PUBG Mobile on My Samsung S24 FE

I play PUBG Mobile on my Samsung Galaxy S24 FE using both Wi-Fi and mobile data. Since April, May, and June, I have been experiencing severe high ping, latency, and connection issues while playing the game. My internet connection and mobile network work perfectly with every other application and online game, yet PUBG Mobile consistently suffers from increased ping, lag spikes, freezing, and delayed gameplay.

In addition, I am frequently connected to servers outside of Türkiye instead of the local server. Matchmaking often takes longer than expected, and being placed on different regional servers significantly increases my ping and negatively impacts my overall gaming experience. Because of these server routing issues, gameplay becomes unstable and less competitive.

I have also noticed serious matchmaking balance problems in ranked mode. While playing at the Ace Dominator level, I am regularly matched with teammates who are only Diamond or Crown rank. This creates a significant skill imbalance, negatively affects team performance, and makes it much harder to maintain the rank I worked hard to achieve.

I have previously reported these issues through the in-game support system, but the problems remain unresolved. I request that PUBG Mobile investigate and resolve the ongoing high ping and latency issues, review my account and server settings, and ensure that I am consistently connected to the Türkiye server for a stable gaming experience.

I also ask that the matchmaking system be reviewed and improved so that players are matched with teammates and opponents of similar rank and skill levels. These issues have significantly affected my gameplay experience, and I would appreciate a prompt and effective solution.
