I cannot access my PUBG account. Whenever I open the game, it gets stuck on the white loading screen and doesn’t proceed to the main page. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but the issue persists. I’m unsure if my account has been hacked or if there’s a technical problem with the game itself.
