PUBG Account Stuck on White Screen and Won’t Load

I am unable to access my PUBG account. Every time I open the game, the initial white screen appears, but the game never loads beyond that point. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but the issue persists. I am left wondering if my account has been hacked or if the game itself has crashed.

This has been extremely frustrating, and I have no idea how to resolve it on my own. I rely on PUBG for entertainment, and not being able to access my account has been very disappointing. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please investigate and get back to me promptly so I can resume playing.
