PUBG Mobile Enforces 10-Year Ban After Hacker Steals Account
After my PUBG Mobile account was stolen, it was banned for 10 years because the third party who hacked it used cheats, even though I did absolutely nothing wrong. I have never used cheats in the game, nor have I knowingly or willingly violated any rules.
On January 10, 2026, I received a notification at the email address linked to my account stating that a login occurred from an iPhone 11 located in Hong Kong. This login was not me. Then, when I tried to access my account again, I was greeted directly by a ban screen and saw that my account had been blocked until January 24, 2036. My player ID is 5492****50.
I still have access to the registered email address and phone number, which proves I am the original owner of the account. When I contacted the PUBG Mobile support team, I only received automated bot emails; my case was never manually reviewed, and no concrete solution was provided. I am currently paying the price for a ban caused by a third party cheating on the exact day my account was stolen, and I am experiencing severe frustration over a situation that is entirely not my fault.
I demand that PUBG Mobile officials conduct a detailed, manual review of my account's login records (IP and device information), pinpoint the exact date the account was stolen, and subsequently lift this unjust 10-year ban. As the rightful owner of the account, I want to resume playing the game right where I left off, with my clean record.
