PUBG Mobile Account Missing Items and Compromised Access

I purchased a PUBG Mobile account through Pubgmobile.com (US), but the account is completely empty. The “ultimate set” promised nothing of value. The only outfit available is a standard one that everyone recognizes—it’s far from what I paid for.
Additionally, the account shows access from 3-4 different devices, raising serious concerns about its security. Why would I want an account that’s already been compromised and has no worthwhile content?
I demand a full refund immediately. This is unacceptable, and I expect PUBG to resolve this issue promptly. Selling accounts in this condition is a breach of trust and poor customer service. Please address my concerns without further delay.
