PUBG Mobile 2FA Lockout Blocks Player from $1,039 Account

I can no longer log into my PUBG Mobile game account, which I created through my linked Facebook profile (S******* G******), due to two-factor authentication. Even though this account is incredibly valuable to me—having spent around $1,039 on it—my access to the game is completely blocked.

Since August 2025, whenever I try to log in, a "Secondary Verification" warning appears on the screen stating that the device is unrecognized and that a verification code has been sent to the phone number 55******15. However, I no longer have any access to this phone number whatsoever, making it impossible for me to receive the required verification code.

So far, I have received no support regarding this issue, and I am at risk of losing my account. I demand that PUBG Mobile officials provide the necessary security steps for identity and account verification, and either reset the two-factor authentication or update the linked phone number to restore my access. I want my account back, which I have invested years of effort and a large amount of money into.
