I Bought a PUBG Mobile Maserati Account from Gamer and Received a Permanently Banned One

Hello Gamer team,
On July 20, 2025 at 09:36:17, I purchased a ₺250 PUBG Mobile random account from your website that was advertised as Maserati guaranteed. To my frustration, the account I received was banned with a 10-year suspension already in place. This means the account is completely unusable and should never have been sold in the first place.

This is not only misleading but feels like a complete scam. I demand either a replacement working account as advertised or a full refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to take legal action.
