I Cannot Cash Out My Prime Opinion Cash App Reward

I have been using the Prime Opinion app and successfully completed my phone verification about two days ago. Although the app confirms that I can claim my reward and shows my Cash App reward of $5.00 USD, the cash out button remains grayed out and unclickable, so I cannot redeem my rewards. Since noticing this issue, I have sent multiple messages to Prime Opinion customer support through the app, but I have not received any reply or guidance. The problem has now continued for two days after verification, and there has been no explanation, warning, or reason shown in the app for why the button is still inactive. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that the restriction on the cash out button be removed, and that my Cash App reward be processed without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation as to why this issue occurred and why my support messages were left unanswered.
