Prime Opinion Withdrawal Not Working After Account Verification

I am writing to report a problem I am experiencing with Prime Opinion regarding my first withdrawal attempt. Today I tried to redeem my available balance of $28, but when I click to redeem, nothing happens and the system does not allow me to proceed with the withdrawal at all. Before attempting to cash out, I verified my phone number and my account was reviewed, yet the issue still continues and I cannot redeem my balance. I reached out to Prime Opinion’s customer support for help, but so far I have not received any response. I request that my $28 balance be paid to me immediately, using the withdrawal option of my choosing, and that the technical issue preventing me from redeeming my balance be fixed so I can use the platform properly in the future.
