I attempted to withdraw $200 in cryptocurrency from my Pocket Option account. The system requested selfie verification, and I uploaded all required identity and verification documents in full. However, even though two days have passed, the status still shows “verifying,” with no progress or update.

While all deposits to the same account are processed instantly, being made to wait like this when it comes to withdrawals is frustrating. When I contacted customer support, I was not given any estimated timeframe, nor was I asked to submit any additional documents.

I request that my verification process be completed within a reasonable timeframe, that my withdrawal request be finalized as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear and transparent explanation regarding this delay.
