PlayStation Support Refuses to Remove Two-Step Verification
Even though I am the owner of my PlayStation account and can provide my order numbers, customer service refuses to remove the two-step verification code. I still have all the confirmation emails for my purchases.
They keep asking me for my credit card details, which I have already provided, yet they still won’t help me regain full access to my account. Despite proving that I am the legitimate account owner, I am not receiving any real support.
