PlayStation Plus Price Increase Drives Loyal Users Away

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the recent excessive price increase applied to the PlayStation Plus subscription in Turkey. On 20 May 2026, while trying to renew my PS Plus subscription via the Turkey region, I encountered a price that I consider disproportionate and not customer‑oriented, so I decided not to continue with the subscription. This sudden and steep increase, without a customer‑friendly approach or satisfactory justification, has seriously damaged my trust in the brand and made me feel that existing customers are not being valued. Instead of encouraging loyalty, such pricing discourages users from continuing their subscriptions. I request that this excessive price increase be reconsidered and rolled back, and that a more customer‑oriented, fair pricing policy be implemented for PS Plus subscribers in Turkey. I also expect a clear explanation regarding the criteria and logic behind this new pricing and an urgent response to my complaint.
