PK XD Daily Wheel Reward Pass Missing From My Account

While spinning the daily wheel in PK XD on September 12, 2026, at around 5:54 PM, I won a Pass. The screen displayed a “You Won” message along with an image of a ticket and asked me to tap the screen to continue. I tapped the screen and continued playing as usual.

I know that there is a one-day gap between one Pass ending and the next Pass becoming available in PK XD. Since my reward came exactly around this transition period, I expected the Pass I won to become active on my account when the new Pass became available. However, there was no Pass showing on my account at that time. When I logged back into the game the following day, the new Pass was available, but the Pass I had won the previous day had not been credited to my account, as if I had never won it.

I would like the Pass I won to be credited to my Google Play account, or for an equivalent reward to be provided as compensation for this error. I ask that the effort I put into the game and the reward I earned not be disregarded, and that my account be reviewed and the necessary correction be made.
