PicsArt Pro Annual Charge Failed but Apple Shows Debt
While trying to use the three-day trial period in the PicsArt app, I was prompted to be charged approximately $20 for a PicsArt Pro Annual subscription through my Apple account. Since I did not have enough funds available on my card to cover this amount, the payment was not completed. However, my Apple account still shows the amount as an outstanding balance, and as a result, I cannot update any of my apps or download new ones.
After starting the trial on my iPhone on July 24, 2026, I also received a message from Vodafone stating that my Apple purchase of approximately $20 could not be completed because there were insufficient funds available. Even though the payment was never successfully processed, the transaction is being treated as an outstanding balance on my Apple account, preventing me from using the App Store normally.
Because the purchase was apparently routed through a direct support process, I have been unable to find a direct customer service representative from either Apple or PicsArt who can properly address this issue. I therefore cannot resolve the problem on my own.
I request that the outstanding balance shown on my Apple account be completely canceled and that my account be restored to its previous status so that I can update and download apps normally without any further issues.
