PicMagic applied watermarks despite subscription, how can I remove them?

If PicMagic is still adding watermarks even though you paid for a subscription that should allow transfers without watermarks,

First, check your account settings to make sure your access level includes full export rights and hasn't expired or been downgraded.

Some of the complaints about unclear terms and unexpected charges show that confusion about billing can make it hard to use certain features. So, before your plan ends, make sure you know what plan you have and download your edits.

Then, get in touch with PicMagic support directly (use the email or contact form on their website) and send them your payment proof and screenshots of outputs with watermarks.

Ask them to give you back exports without watermarks or give you your money back if the feature wasn't delivered as promised.

If help doesn't fix it, ask for a refund from the payment method or app store you used.
