I have been using the Pi Network application on an Android phone and completed all the required identity verification steps. However, for about a year now I have been stuck at step nine, and my mined coins have still not been transferred to my main wallet. Despite following all the verification instructions within the application, the balance remains pending at the same step and is not reflected in the main wallet, which prevents me from using or managing my coins as intended. I contacted Pi Network support regarding this issue, but so far no effective solution has been provided and the problem remains exactly the same. I request that my coins be transferred to my main wallet as soon as possible and that my account be technically reviewed to resolve this issue permanently.
