Pi Network Sent My 1,478 Pi Coins to the Wrong Account

I recently discovered that my Pi coins—specifically 1,478.8778 Pi—were mistakenly transferred to another account without my intention or authorization. The transfer occurred on February 26, 2025, and the coins were sent to an account with the username starting with GAE55... O**.** I don’t know this person or account, and I have no idea how the transaction was executed.

This is a huge loss for me, and I’m extremely upset that Pi Network provides no straightforward method to reverse such errors or contact support for real help. These coins took years to mine and hold significant value to me, yet they were moved without my approval, and now I can’t access them.

I’m asking Pi Network to urgently investigate this matter and return the transferred coins back to my rightful account. There should be a process in place to address such mistakes, especially when it involves user assets.

Please help me recover my coins—I trusted this platform, and now I feel helpless. I expect immediate action and a proper resolution.
