Pi Coin Mainnet Step 9 Turned Orange Again After Completion—Can't Transfer My Pi

I had completed all the required steps on the Pi Coin Mainnet checklist, and every single one was approved. My lock-up period ended on March 16, and I was ready to transfer my Pi to my wallet. However, just when I attempted to move my coins, Step 9 suddenly turned orange again for no reason! This makes no sense—everything was already verified. Why is this happening? Is this a bug, or is Pi Network blocking withdrawals? I need an immediate fix because my Pi should be fully accessible now. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
