I Lost My Pi Coins to Unauthorized Access and Pi Network Offers No Support

I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated with Pi Network's lack of security and support. Despite using facial recognition to log into my account, someone else managed to gain access and withdraw my Pi coin balance without my knowledge or consent. How is it even possible that another person can bypass such a security measure? This exposes a huge vulnerability in Pi Network’s system.

Worse still, there’s no help desk, no support channel, no way to report this breach and recover what I lost. I tried looking everywhere for guidance, but no one provides answers or takes responsibility. The person who stole my coins even brazenly promotes themselves on Telegram.

Pi Network, this is unacceptable. I expect you to investigate this breach immediately, restore my stolen funds, and fix your broken security and support systems. We trusted you—don’t let that trust be wasted.
