PhonePe Payment Completed but Coins Not Credited
On 26 September 2026 at around 5:10 pm, I made a payment of ₹380 through PhonePe for a coin recharge. The payment was successfully completed, and the transaction is shown in my PhonePe history as paid to NEXRA CORPPE PRIVATE LIMITED, but the coins that were supposed to be credited to my account have still not been received. I ask you to immediately send my coins and credit the full coin amount for this ₹380 recharge to my account, because I have paid in full and only want to receive the coins I paid for.
